Willow Wood Solutions

Your guide for late-life transitions.

From start to finish, we remove the overwhelm that families feel when their loved one goes through the aging process, so they can focus on what matters most.

“I am putting on the brave face, asking for help. This is so much harder than we imagined. We thought we could take care of Mom’s things but that's clearly not happening. And honestly, she deserves better.”

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Where do I start? I don’t even know what questions to ask!

  • Is this the right option for my loved one?

  • What do I do with the house and all this STUFF???

  • Is now the right time?

  • How will this affect others, and how will it impact my work?

  • Where do I begin to get Mom’s affairs in order?

  • Do I have to do this alone?

Nothing compares to that moment when we realize that our parent or spouse needs more care than we can provide. Willow Wood Solutions is here to help.

What We Do

Willow Wood Solutions Helps Seniors and their Families through the Aging Process

Our services are tailored to your needs:

  • Senior Placement Services help you find the right assisted living or memory care community based on your senior’s needs and preferences.

  • Property Services equip you with options, so you know what to do with the house and all its contents. We can talk about downsizing, clean-out, and estate sales, which can fund the move and offset the cost of long-term care.

  • Probate Assistant Services encourage you to plan while you can and provide resources and referrals to protect assets within the estate, streamline probate, or avoid it altogether. We can also provide assistance with complicated probate cases.

  • The Probate Podcast, has a growing list of interviews with professionals and service providers who work in the senior industry, as well as family members who are currently in this season, and talk about their personal experiences.

Willow Wood Solutions takes care of details, so you don’t have to.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
